In the Academy they can all understand each other because of the spell but do they have that or something like it in the Rebel camp?

I'm honestly not sure how that would work (I know, I'm in charge I should know), but seeing as Mary would'nt cast the spell down there as well, I'm guessing some commanders and soliders would also have to work as translators until English or French was spoken.

Couldn't one of the commanders or Clarence cast a similar spell, or don't they know how?
